 Don't tempt the Lord your God ( Matthew 4:7 )


What does it mean to tempt God? There have been three ways people have tempted God:


1.> by challenging him,


2.> putting him on trial and


3. > subjecting him to their thinking


A. People tempt God by challenging him: God created us, and he wants us to fear him. We fear him by observing his commandments. People who don't obey his commandments or voice are challenging him. They are telling him " that nothing will happen." When you are not keeping to God's commandments, you are challenging him. You are triggering his anger. 


B: People tempt God by putting him on trial. Today, I will tell you a story of a prophet called Daniel Abodunrin. 1991, this man want to create the story of Daniel 


I will also tell you a case of a pregnant woman and a mad pregnant woman 


C. People tempt God by subjecting him to their thinking... they questions him. Stupid question


Question like? Eh they said, everything God created was Good. Why did he  create mosquito when he knows that it will sucked our blood and gives us malaria.


Why are we blamming Juda iscarriot when everything was arranged in heaven that he will be the one to betrayed Jesus


He say he loves the world , why did he now allow earthquake and some others to happen.


Why didn't he just killed Satan so that everything will be Good again


Why did he even allow witches abd wizard to killed the Good people


In inclusions,  don't the Lord your God, he will not deliver whatever thing you are looking from him
